1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting the VMAPStech website or creating a client account inside our portal, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must cease website and portal usage immediately.
2. Intellectual Property & Portal Assets
The interactive sliders, point cloud shaders, custom video assets, codebases, and company trademarks displayed on this site are protected by copyright laws. Raw datasets uploaded by portal clients remain their respective properties, and completed engineering deliverables are transferred upon invoice settlement.
3. Prohibited Misuse
Users are strictly forbidden from uploading files containing malware or attempting to bypass authentication filters on the portal. Additionally, any automated scraping of geospatial demos or service lists without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Service Availability & Limits
While we guarantee high-availability portal logins, VMAPStech does not warrant that site functions will run completely error-free during scheduled server maintenance. We reserve the right to revoke portal access from users violating secure uploading or compliance standards.
