1. Overview & Data Collection
This policy explains how VMAPStech collects, stores, and handles client accounts, job candidate resumes, and inquiries submitted via our contact forms. We do not sell or lease your information to third-party brokers.
2. Geospatial & Project Uploads Security
Files uploaded to our Client Portal (including bare-earth LiDAR datasets, raw images, BIM models, and project briefings) are stored in private cloud buckets.
- All project buckets are isolated and require active secure session tokens.
- Only engineers explicitly assigned to a project pipeline are granted read permissions.
- We maintain strict database audit logs tracking file additions, modifications, and downloads.
3. User Accounts & Cookies
To authenticate your access to client and admin dashboards, we store authorization tokens in secure browser cookies via Supabase authentication. Additionally, we store selection cookies (e.g., translation preferences) to personalize website options.
